“Bought it when she was six weeks old and she's completely snug in it — head supported, face out where I can see her. The zip is a proper heavy one, not flimsy. I've worn it every single day since.”
Privacy policy
This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you visit kinlymoon.store or place an order. KinlyMoon is the data controller.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order details.
- When you browse: device and browser information, IP address, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- When you contact us: whatever you choose to put in your message.
We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
Why we use it
- To take payment, send your order and keep you updated about it — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To answer your emails and handle returns.
- To keep the site working, prevent fraud and understand how the site is used — our legitimate interests.
- To send marketing, only if you have asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that make the order happen: our shop platform Shopify, our payment providers, and the courier and supplier who pack and deliver your parcel. They may only use your information to do that job. We never sell your data.
Where your data goes
Some of these providers are outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 6 years, because tax rules require it. Enquiries are kept for 2 years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email kinlymon.support@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and — only if you accept them in the cookie banner — cookies that help us measure how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time through the banner.
Children
This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page. Last updated: 12 September 2026.
