Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include tax. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and measurements are taken flat and may vary by 1–3 cm. Any comparison price shown is the price the item has been offered at previously.
The carrier pouch is designed for babies up to around 12 months, or about 10 kg. Keep your baby's face visible and their chin off their chest, and check on them often. Never use it while driving, cycling, cooking over heat or doing anything that could cause a fall.
